Accomodation

Willa Święcajty – an intimate property with four fully equipped, high-standard apartments. The property has its own parking lot with a separate entrance gate. We recommend Willa Święcajty for larger groups of friends or family (14 beds plus a shared living room and kitchen). A conference room with a separate entrance is also available for business groups.

Willa Mamry – eleven rooms with the exceptionally convenient option of combining into two-room apartments. Monitored parking is available within the fenced property. In addition to accommodation, guests have access to communal areas such as a kitchen, a games room (billiards and foosball), a children's playroom, and a lounge with a TV. We also have a conference and banquet room for business meetings.

All rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, spacious wardrobes and smaller cabinets, a full set of bedlinen, and towels.
Room Descriptions: Small Double Room - 14m² room with a 140cm wide double bed. The room includes a wardrobe, a TV, a small desk for work, and a relaxing armchair. The room has a private bathroom with a shower and access to the shared kitchen at Villa Mamry. Double Room without Balcony - 20m² room with a 180cm wide double bed that can be separated into two single beds. It is equipped with a small desk for work, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a relaxing armchair. The room has a private bathroom with a shower and access to the shared kitchen. Double Room with Balcony - 17m² room with a 180cm wide double bed that can be separated into two single beds. It includes a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a TV. The room has a private bathroom with a shower and access to the shared kitchen at Villa Mamry. The room has access to a balcony connected to the balcony of the adjoining room. Deluxe Double Room - A 19m² room with a 180cm wide double bed that can be separated into two single beds. It is equipped with a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a TV. The room has a private bathroom with a shower and access to the shared kitchen in the Villa. The room has a balcony with lounge furniture that connects to the balcony of the adjoining room. Two-Room Apartment with Balcony - A 32m² room with two bedrooms connected by a vestibule. Each bedroom has a 180cm wide double bed that can be separated into two single beds. It is equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a TV. The room has a private bathroom, accessed from the vestibule, equipped with a shower. The room has a balcony with lounge furniture, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-fridge. Two-Room Apartment with Terrace - This 30m² room features two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. Each bedroom is equipped with a 180cm wide double bed that can be separated into two single beds. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a TV. The room has a private bathroom with a shower. The room has access to the Villa's shared kitchen and a large terrace with lounge furniture, much appreciated by our guests. It faces the south and overlooks the garden and nearby playground. The terrace is connected to the terrace of the adjacent Beach Room. Studio for 4 people with a Superior terrace - This one-room apartment measures 50m² and features a kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, dishes, hob, crockery, cutlery, etc.), a bathroom, and a terrace. The living room features a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed.
